Reiki Level 1
Enjoy an uplifting and restorative afternoon of learning the healing art of Reiki. This class is open for individuals or attend together with a loved one. Treat yourself, loved one, friend, family, etc. to this loving experience as all are welcome to learn and practice together.
Reiki I is an introductory level class with a focus on self-healing. Usui Reiki I allows students to learn to tap into the power of healing energy that resides within each of us. This class includes the Reiki principles, Gassho Meditation, Chakras and how they affect our wellbeing on a daily basis, Nutrition and the Energy Body, Intuition, Animal Spirit Guides, Self Healing Positions, as well as positions for healing others.
Practice time will be given to allow for hands-on practice and answer any questions. Each person will receive an attunement, which opens the students energy channels to receive the flow of Reiki Energy. All participants will also receive a manual in a binder for taking notes. Upon completion of the class, each student will also receive a Reiki I Certificate.
